Hello! Welcome to Mrs. Whitmire's Home Page! I am so excited to teach you this school year! I grew up in the small town of Tarkington (about an hour east from here) and went to college at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi majoring in Theater Education and minoring in Dance. I consider myself a Creative Left-Brainer, by this I mean I love to think of creative ways to solve problems but I also enjoy schedules and checklists. When it comes to talent I believe it is 25% skill and 75% work ethic. I have participated in several performances through out my career as an actor, director, choreographer, tech crew and audience member. I cannot wait to see what this school year unfolds for us!
